“Our dishwasher hose broke and flooded our kitchen and were certain we had lots of water damage and needed to get it sorted right away. I called 24 Serv in Brooklyn after their normal business hours and left a message and to my surprise, Shmi called me back 30 minutes later and had a crew out the next day. The team were incredible and walked me through the entire process and made sure everything happened quickly and professionally. They took detailed photos and built a walkthrough schematic to submit to insurance so they could see all the damage and not try to do what insurance companies do and refuse to pay for stuff. The demo crew got everything removed that was water damaged over a day and a half and I never once had to deal with insurance, which was a true blessing.

“I am very impressed with their service. First of, they’re very professional, the inspector called 45 mins from arrival and he arrived on time. They inspected every room in my house, any possible source of water like in laundry, under the sink, bathroom and water heater. 24 Serv team was very thorough and shared immense information and knowledge regarding the problem. He even recommended solutions that we can do ourselves to address the issue.
